About the book

One night and one decision was all it took for my world to be flipped upside down. Vance Preston was my best friend. We did everything together, and I swore he hung the moon. One fateful night changed all of that, though. I made a choice and thought I was doing the right thing, but I was wrong. Even worse? Vance promises to show me just how mistaken I was. Once my best friend, now my bully–my tormentor–and my new stepbrother. Stuck in a home with him with no way out, he swears to break me. Only he doesn’t realize you can’t break something that’s already broken.
